- Street Promotion Leader**

**Volunteering overview**:
This Street Promotion position supports the Social Media & Video team by providing them with materials (pictures and videos) to be used on various social media platforms as well as promoting LAHM by spreading leaflets and other information outside and at other events in the city according to the Social Media Promotional Calendar

**Responsibilities**:

- In charge of taking photos & videos from street promotion events
- Responsible for collecting and transferring photos & videos to the social media specialists team
- Might be asked to assist in distributing merchandise and flyers
- Be in each street promotion to make pictures and create videos to post in
- Promoting Carnaval del Sol in a positive way
- Coordinate with the graphic designers and social media
- Demonstrate knowledge about the Latin American Week events

**Qualifications**:

- Energetic, presentable, social, well-spoken and outgoing individual
- Enthusiastic about interacting with the public
- Willing to work outdoors and participate in street promotion events
- Must have good communication skills in English
- Previous experience in street promotion is an asset
- Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is an asset
- Owning a professional camera is an asset

Hours: 10 hours per week
