**The Opportunity**

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service.
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.
- Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies.
- Establish work schedules.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Ability to supervise and direct staff.
- Oversee merchandise sales on-site and online.
- Manage night audit team to ensure balanced cash out for venues on-site, on a daily basis.

**What You Have**
- Must have a minimum of 2 years hotel management/ Supervisor experience.
- Previous experience in a management position and proven ability to manage and maintain the highest service standards.
- Service-focused personality is essential.
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example.
- **Must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered and must reside in BC**

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
