Restaurant General Manager

**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Lead and supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Implement effective cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize POS systems for order management and sales tracking.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food safety standards.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not required.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
