**Survol du rôle**:
Le Coordonnateur des pièces de rechange apporte son soutien à l'équipe des pièces de service en aidant à la gestion quotidienne des pièces de rechange, au contrôle des stocks et à la coordination avec les techniciens de service et les fournisseurs.
**Responsabilités clefs**Gestion et soutien des pièces**
- Aider à la réception, à l’étiquetage et à l’organisation des pièces de service entrantes.
- Soutenir la distribution des pièces aux techniciens de service et s’assurer de la bonne documentation.
- Aider à suivre l’utilisation des pièces et signaler toute pénurie ou anomalie.
**Gestion des stocks**
- Participer aux vérifications régulières des stocks, aux inventaires tournants et aux audits d’inventaire.
- Mettre à jour les enregistrements de stock dans le système sous supervision.
- Surveiller les niveaux de stock et informer l’équipe en cas de niveaux faibles ou critiques.
**Apprentissage et développement**
- Acquérir des connaissances sur les systèmes de pièces, les gammes de produits et les procédures de l’entreprise.
- Participer à la formation en cours d’emploi pour développer des compétences techniques et logistiques.
**Compétences et qualifications**:
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (une formation postsecondaire en logistique, chaîne d’approvisionnement ou domaine connexe est un atout).
- Compréhension de base des opérations d’inventaire ou d’entrepôt.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) et volonté d’apprendre les logiciels de gestion d’inventaire.
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et souci du détail.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et esprit d’équipe.
- Parfaitement bilingue.
- Capacité à suivre des instructions et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

**Position Overview**: The Service Parts Coordinator provides support to the service parts team by assisting with the day-to-day management of spare parts, inventory control, and coordination with service technicians and suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Parts Handling & Support**
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing incoming service parts.
- Support the issuing of parts to service technicians and ensure correct documentation.
- Help track part usage and report any shortages or discrepancies.
**Inventory Management**
- Participate in regular stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory audits.
- Update inventory records in the system under supervision.
- Monitor stock levels and notify the team of low or critical inventory.
