**Summary**:
Reporting to the Operations Manager in the Brokage Department, the Strategic Account Representative will be responsible for:

- The growth of their book of business
- The implementation of the customers on-boarding with the assigned team
- Help their Team Navigate certain customer situations and coach them on how to address issues
- Responsible to create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Monitor team performance and report on matrix
- Monitor customers performance and report on matrix
- Responsible for Customer’s satisfaction
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly proactive communication with customers
- Quarterly and Yearly customer reviews
- Primary point of contact for the customer and main escalation point for the Ops Team
- Customer Retention

- Solution Driven
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Know their business inside-out

- Bilingual
- 1-3 years of experience in sales
