**MANA is seeking Full-Time Purchasing Coordinator to join our growing team.**

**What you'll do as a Purchasing Coordinator**:

- Assists in staging/shipping repairable equipment.
- Assists in maintaining parts catalogue in Navision.
- Software System Creates PO requests and forwards for approval.
- Expedites orders as needed.
- Off-site drop off/pick up of expedited items (UPS etc.)
- Assists Receiver with identification and record of incoming orders.
- Provides holiday relief for Receiver.
- Inspects incoming parts for quality and rejects damaged goods.
- Maintains proper internal record-keeping systems.
- Operate forklift to load, unload, goods and materials.
- Knowledge of safe storage and handling procedures for various chemicals and materials.
- Performs any other work-related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Secondary School - Required
- Post-secondary education in supply chain and logistics or related field an asset
- 1-3 years’ experience with supply chain and purchasing
- Experience working with Navision or ERP Software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a busy work environment
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Experience operating a forklift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Manufacturing industry would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
