Part Time, onsite superintendent needed for a 144 unit condominium complex, made up up 6-3 Storey Walk Up Buildings.

Applicant must be within fifteen minutes travel time of the site, which is close to White Oaks Mall in London. Duties will include admitting contractors, minor cleaning and minor maintenance, seasonal pool maintenance (training provided), supplemental snow removal, emergency response for fire alarms and water leaks (additional compensation when called in), etc.

Successful applicant must provide a recent, clean police background check, be able to swim, be capable of bending and stretching, be able to climb stairs and be able to lift up to 30 pounds safely.

Expected hours of work are 4 hours per day, five days a week, with weekend work required and on call availability for emergencies. Additional hours may be available and there is the possibility of full time work in the future.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
