**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and other specialty treatments.
- Consult with clients to assess their nail care needs, preferences, and desired outcomes.
- Perform nail services with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including proper sterilization of tools and adherence to salon cleanliness standards.
- Promote and upsell additional nail services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
- Manage client appointments, scheduling, and payments using salon booking software or other preferred systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations for nail care.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product developments through ongoing training and education.
- Adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Nail Technician license or certification (if required by state or local regulations).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nail Artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of nail services and designs.
- Experience with gel nails, acrylics, nail extensions, and nail art techniques preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized nail care recommendations.
- Self-motivated and responsible, with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Business savvy with a basic understanding of salon business operations and customer service principles.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for delivering exceptional nail services.
