**About Us**

Sen Beauty is not just another beauty studio — we are a luxury beauty and nail bar founded by medical professionals who have seen firsthand the consequences of unsafe practices in the industry. Our mission is to provide safe, hygienic, and indulgent beauty services with medical-grade standards, creating a space where clients can feel confident in their self-care.

We are expanding our team and looking for a **Toronto-based Lash Artist** with an **established clientele** who is passionate about their craft, detail-oriented, and dedicated to helping clients feel their best

**Duties**
- Provide professional lash services: classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume sets, etc.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and infection control.
- Educate clients on aftercare and lash health.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and luxury client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Lash Artist.
- Proficient in classic, hybrid, volume, and mega volume lash extensions.
- Current portfolio showcasing work — Instagram and Tik Tok portfolios are accepted.
- Established client base.
- Licensed, certified, and knowledgeable in lash health and safety.
- Provide your own lash supplies and tools.
- Strong communication and client care skills.

**Compensation**

Sen Beauty supports the dedication and growth of our artists by offering a **tiered incremental commission system**—the more services you do, the higher your earnings percentage grows. Compensation starts at 60% and increases up to 70%.
