**Position Overview**
As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You will be supporting our efforts to consistently surpass our customers and clients’ expectations by providing a superior customer service experience.
**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Greet, welcome and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
- Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate manner
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
- Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
- Follow proper procedures in case of accidents or towing vehicles
- Provide basic troubleshooting of parking equipment
- Ensure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premises
- Keep customer service booth tidy and organized throughout shift in order to deliver an efficient customer experience
- Other duties as assigned by manager
**What Are the Working Conditions?**
- Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervision
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting
- Lifting up to lift up to 20 lbs. may be required
**What Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of customer service experience is required
- Ability to clearly and accurately communicate both written and verbally
- Flexible to work weekends and other shifts, when needed
- Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well alone an as within a team-oriented environment
