**JOB SUMMARY**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Traffic broadcast spots and instructions to the appropriate networks/stations/channels
- Interpret media plans into concise traffic instructions across different media
- Order dubs accordingly
- Manage estimating time and hard costs for clients, vendor invoicing and approve client billing for traffic and clearance
- Manage clearance process for clients from script/storyboard phase through final edit
- Assign commercial coding (ISCI and/or Ad-ID)
- Maintain strong working relationships with network clearance editors
- Help cover colleagues by addressing immediate client needs in their absence
- Be available to clients for questions, concerns, follow-ups, etc.
- Keep abreast of industry trends
- Troubleshoot new challenges with teammates in order to share experiences and create the best solutions for our clients
- Electronically keep all files/records up to date

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Ability to professionally interact with office colleagues and other company personnel, as well as supervisors and executives in an office setting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Minimum typing/keyboarding of 30 words per minute.
- Quick learner.
- Organizational skills.

**CREDENTIALS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
- Minimum Educational requirement: High School Diploma, 2-3 years’ experience in related field
- College business courses or equivalent work experience preferred
- Additional experience in ad agency production, traffic and/or business affairs preferred.
