StyleDemocracy is a leading Sample + Warehouse Sale event management company, specializing in top global fashion brands.

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking General Staff Contractors to support our upcoming Warehouse Sale in Mississauga at the International Centre, 6900 Airport Rd. As a contractor, you will assist with various event and retail tasks, including sorting merchandise, assisting customers, and maintaining the cleanliness of the venue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be providing customer service for our VIPS and assisting with our checkout/payment process
- Assist with sorting and merchandising products during the event.
- Replenishing product.
- Sorting through putbacks.
- Sizing product.
- Serve as floor, back of house, front of house staff as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to attendees.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
- Keeping the floor clean.
- Collecting hangers.

**Qualifications**:

- MUST be fluently **English and Mandarin-speaking**:

- Previous event or retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the event venue.
- Strong communication and customer service skills and leadership qualities
- Comfortable with conflict resolution in helping the customers with any possible issues

- Wednesday February 19: 8am-9pm
- Thursday February 20: 8am-10pm
- Friday February 21: 8am-10pm
- Saturday February 22: 8am-9pm
- Sunday February 23: 8am-11pm

**Important Notes**:

- This is NOT a full-time job - it is only for the hours of operations listed above.
- Payment made via direct deposit within one business week of the conclusion of the event

How to Apply:
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4V 1E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
