Square One Health Group is a one stop shop for our patient’s health needs. We offer a walk-in clinic, family doctors, dentist, medical lab and pharmacy all under one roof. We are searching for propelled individuals to join our team of Brand Representatives, speaking to our patients.

**What does success look like?**
- Provide exceptional customer service, have empathy and build rapport to make every interaction meaningful through face to face conversations.
- Complete patient intake
- Inform them of all the services we have to offer in the clinic
- Give them a tour of the facility
- Seat them in the doctor’s room

**YOU'D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF**:

- You love interacting with people
- You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You're available to work evenings and weekends along with weekdays
- You've worked in customer service before
- Goal-oriented work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and self-motivated to spend most of the day on face to face conversations
- Demonstrated persuasion, influencing and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Brand Ambassador: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

- Punctuality and discipline;
- Excellent Presentation, Communication & Interpersonal Skills;
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial;
- Hands on and pragmatic;

- Proactive and responsive to anticipate and fulfill customer needs;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
