**About Us**:
HVAC X SUPPLY is a leading distributor of HVAC products and equipment. With a reputation for quality and customer service, we supply HVAC contractors, technicians, and companies with reliable products and support to keep their operations running smoothly. We're looking for a customer-focused **Counter Sales Representative** to join our Mississauga team.

**Position Summary**:
As a Counter Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, assisting customers with their HVAC product needs. You’ll provide knowledgeable recommendations, handle inquiries, and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Mandarin-speaking applicants are preferred to support our diverse customer base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with HVAC product inquiries, orders, and returns.
- Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs.
- Process sales transactions, invoices, and orders through our POS system.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory availability.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked sales counter area.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counts and product organization.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and HVAC industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- **Language**: Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or sales; experience in HVAC or a related industry is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of HVAC products or a willingness to learn.
- **Other**: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
