**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Project Manager** to join our team and oversee the start-to-finish construction of custom new homes. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, involving site supervision, day-to-day coordination, hands-on construction work, and client communication.

As Project Manager, you will develop and implement project plans and schedules for new construction and warranty work, procure materials and coordinate trades. You will supervise daily site operations, overseeing quality of construction and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will roll up your sleeves to complete tasks as needed to fill in the gaps, organize job sites, and keep projects on track. Excellent customer service is your top priority and you will communicate with clients and partners using a clear, positive, and professional problem-solving approach.

This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive salary and opportunities for bonuses, growth, and training.
