Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Brockville, ON, with the flexibility to work remotely on some days. The Architectural Designer (BCIN) will be responsible for creating architectural designs, producing construction drawings, collaborating on design concepts, and ensuring projects comply with relevant building codes and standards. The role involves contributing to urban planning initiatives and coordinating with construction and design teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and experience working on residential or commercial projects
• Competence in creating detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation
• Strong skills in Drawing and familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software
• Understanding of Urban Planning principles and code compliance related to design projects
• BCIN certification as required for architectural designers in Ontario
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in overseeing design-to-construction processes is an asset
