Automotive sales is about listening and developing a cordial relationship with customers, showing them the right vehicles, knowing vehicle features, and going along on test drives. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: communicating with clients via sales calls, web-based sales leads, and showroom walk-ins. The ability to provide accurate product information that will assist the customer in making an informed decision. Building and maintaining effective relationships with all customers. Automotive Sales experience is preferred but not required; however prior Sales or proven Customer Service experience is REQUIRED 2. We seek a career minded individual with high integrity, great attitude, communication and interpersonal skills with a process mindset for continuous improvement 3. Work in a team environment 4. Desire to advance within organization 5. A talented communicator with an excellent telephone manner & skills. 6. Desire to learn and improve yourself 7. Passion to achieve high standards 8. Energy to do what it takes to succeed 9. Creating customers and extraordinary follow-up skills 10.
