**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival
- Assist customers with inquiries or requests they may have
- Direct guests to appropriate areas and manage guest queues
- Ensure smooth flow of customer traffic in the store
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the entry area, replenishing supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere
- Handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, good problem-solving skills, and ability to greet customers warmly
- A criminal background check will be required
- Security guard certification is a plus but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Shift:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
