Medical Aesthetician - Full Time

**Location**: Mississauga, ON
**Compensation**: Hourly Wage + Commission (Sales-driven role)

Gold Tan and Sunset Spa is seeking a **full-time, experienced Medical Aesthetician** to join our growing team We are a boutique spa and medspa committed to providing exceptional treatments and outstanding client experiences. If you are passionate about aesthetics, results-driven, and thrive in sales and service, we’d love to meet you.
- Provide exceptional medical aesthetic services to clients of all ages
- Perform advanced treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and medical-grade skincare protocols
- Perform body contouring treatments (training provided if needed)
- Provide hair removal services such as waxing, sugaring, and/or laser (if certified)
- Educate clients on treatment plans, skincare regimens, and upsell services/products to maximize results
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of treatment rooms and common spa areas
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and equipment
- Ensure client safety and comfort at all times
- Actively contribute to spa promotions and sales initiatives
- Other duties as assigned by management

Experience & Requirements
- Preferred year experience as a Medical Aesthetician
- Diploma or certification from a recognized aesthetics/medical aesthetics program
- Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and product recommendations
- Proven track record in **sales and upselling** (this is a must)
- Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a small team environment
- Excellent communication, client service, and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Laser certification is an asset (but not mandatory)
- Must be willing to undergo a background check upon hire
