O'Leary's Creamery is a full service family run Pub & Grill located just behind the busy main street in beautiful St. Marys Ontario. We pride ourselves on being customer focused, offering house-made dishes & welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for outgoing, friendly & motivated individuals to join our team

With the largest outdoor patio in St. Marys, with a cozy yet spacious indoor bar & dining room we are lucky to be a busy go-to spot for lunch & dinner We are looking for both full-time and part-time servers to join our team so we may continue to provide the best possible service to our customers.

**Main Duties Include (but are not limited to)**:

- Warmly greet guest, present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage choices, considering guests' preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly, ensuring special requests are accurately communicated
- Inform guests of all daily specials, and provide insight to our menu as they place their order
- Accurately take down customer food and beverage orders, and correctly input them into the POS
- Confirm orders with the kitchen staff for accuracy
- Show strong multitasking skills by ensuring all prepared food is delivered to the guests quickly
- Check on guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or requests they may have
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide proactive assistance throughout their dining experience
- Keeping up to date on bar knowledge to be able to confidently answer questions and sell new products
- Multitasking between running the bar, answering the phone & keeping an overall eye on the restaurant
- Complete side-work in order to aid in restaurant efficiency. I.e. rolling silverware, filling sauces, stocking the bar etc.
- General housekeeping duties
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Ontario Smart Serve Certificate
- Must be available evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests and team members.
- Excellent multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer-focused mindset, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences
- Reliable transportation to and from work
