**About the Role**

Based in Thunder Bay, you’ll represent Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. throughout the region, building relationships with retail and on-premise partners and helping grow our brand presence in the community. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to our sales strategy and make an impact while enjoying the support of a collaborative, team-first environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail and on-premise accounts, ensuring partners feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
- Identify and pursue new account opportunities within the Thunder Bay territory through proactive, relationship-driven outreach.
- Conduct regular on-site visits with customers, providing product knowledge, merchandising support, and guidance on promotions and placements.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals and available inventory.
- Track sales activities, account updates, and opportunities, providing clear communication and reporting to management.
- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive observations to help inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Represent Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. at tastings, events, and industry functions, acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in beverage/alcohol or related industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- A genuine passion for craft beer and a desire to share it with others.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
