Customer Service Representative/ Front Desk Admin

Medrehab Group is looking for a qualified and compassionate Patient Experience Service Representative and Front desk Administrator. As a Patient Experience Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact when patients call our clinics and are expected to provide exemplary service. You will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, addressing and responding to patient inquiries, Billing and AR''s, patient file management and retention and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
Duties include
- Taking new patient calls and scheduling them for assessment's at the appropriate clinic
- follow up patient satisfaction calls
- follow up with new patients who did not book an appointment or didn't show up for their assessment
- follow up calls for no show or not rebooked calls
- reactivation calls, win back calls, booking calls
- follow up with patients who drop off
- ensure doctors initial letters and done and faxed
- ensure treatment plans are done and given to patient
- telephone, reception and general admin duties
- cooridnate staff schedule
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma required, college/university education in health sciences preferred.
- Previous call centre experience is an asset, but not required.
- Professional and articulate with excellent written & verbal communication.
- Must be proficient in MS office and be computer literate.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Experience**:
- Ability to work collaboratively and professionally in a team-based environment, with a positive attitude.
- Sensitivity towards the handling of personal health information.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, good command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
- Self-evaluate performance, establish personal objectives and targets.
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
