**Job Title: BMS Controls Estimator**

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Utilize Construction estimating software to create detailed project bids.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess project requirements and potential cost factors.
- Monitor project progress to ensure cost estimates align with actual expenses.
- Prepare and present cost estimates to clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an estimator in the building automation industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
