**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks, including restoration, plastering, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing repairs.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and troubleshoot building systems, including some plumbing and possibly HVAC.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure building safety and functionality.
- Handle emergencies during on-call hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Maintain records of work performed and submit reports to management.
- Assist with moving or setting up equipment, furniture, and other physical tasks.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers when necessary.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bilingual (English and French)**: Fluent in spoken English and French.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or renovations, including plastering, painting, flooring, and basic plumbing.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
- **Physical Ability**: Ability to perform physical labor, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various building environments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- **Customer Service**: Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with residents or contractors.
- **Application requirement**: Canadian citizenship or Permanent Canadian residency.
- **On-Call Availability**: Availability to respond to emergencies during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working in condominium or multi-unit residential buildings.
- Familiarity with building maintenance management software.
- Certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
