Retail Installer - $23/hour - Temporary Project - Overtime Available
M30 Retail Services is hiring a retail Installer in ON - Ottawa to join a crew, working on a new store setup in a big box retailer. We are looking for 8 mature individual(s).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Installation of new store fixtures (shelving, tables, racking)
- Installation of retail displays
- General labour as required
**Qualifications**:
- Retail experience considered an asset
- Comfortable reading building prints
- Experience working with tools and own tools to use during project (hammer, screwdrivers, knife, level, tape measure, cordless drill etc.)
- Handy person with common sense and excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Physically fit and strong. Capable of standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting and lifting continuously for the duration of the shift
- PPE required: CSA Approved Hard Hat / Casque de securite approuve par la CSA, CSA Approved Safety Footwear / Chaussures de securite approuvees par la CSA, CSA approved protective eyewear, Safety Vest / Gilet de securite, Work Gloves / Gants de travail (Responsibility of the employee)
- Safety Certification required: OWSA - Employee, WHMIS - within the last 12 months / SIMDUT - au cours des 12 derniers mois
**Rate**: $23/hour + vacation pay
**Location**: ON - Ottawa
**Project Dates**: ASAP until September 18, 2025
**Availability**: Overnight, 10:30pm-7am with overtime available on the weekends
