Your services may include: psychosocial assessment, resource-based interventions, individual, group and family treatment, risk screening, counselling, case management and coordination, transition or discharge planning, and prevention, promotion and public awareness activities.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of bachelor's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Basic Cardiac Life Support-Healthcare Provider (BCLS-HCP) through Heart & Stroke Foundation. A minimum of 5 years Social Worker experience. Demonstrated experience working in Women’s Health. In-depth knowledge and experience of Community Resources, Income Security Programs, Housing and support services. Demonstrated dedication to professional development. Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, system navigation and case management.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience working within Women’s Health and grief and loss in an outpatient setting within the last 2 years. Experience with and knowledge in risk assessment interventions, competencies in grief and loss, child welfare and domestic violence protocols. Experience providing supportive counseling to individuals, couples and groups. Experience providing education to patients and families about grief and loss, general anxiety/depression and coping strategies.
