**Position Summary**
The Service Administrator will provide administrative support to the service department by completing work order entry, labor ticket entry, job costing, customer billing and other administrative responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review service reports and provide to customers.
- Assist Service Coordinator with updating and maintaining service CEO database.
- Ensure all job costs are entered onto the Visual work order.
- Ensure service labour tickets are entered.
- Work with Accountant to ensure all invoicing is completed for month end accounting requirements.
- Create purchase orders and part IDs within Visual to ensure proper inventory control is maintained.
- Reception coverage, greet visitors and incoming calls.
- File all service documents.
- Work with the Service Coordinator to ensure effective communication of all data pertaining to the Service department.
- Communicate service billing requirements effectively between the Service Coordinator and Accounting.
- Assist with parts inventories and quarterly counting.
- Other administrative duties as assigned, such as ordering office supplies, mail and couriers.
**Qualifications Required**
- A post-secondary education or equivalent skills/experience.
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- A strong customer focus.
- An ability to be a “team” player.
**This Position Reports To**: Branch Manager
**Location**: Airdrie, Alberta
