**Responsibilities**:

- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs.
- Work closely with estimators and production managers to ensure repair orders are correct and submitted to Insurance companies for payment.
- Effectively manage front office operations and provide support to various departments in the collision center.
- Support estimators by taking thorough pictures of damaged vehicles.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience within the collision industry or another relatable industry is considered preferred.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to maintain and manage our courtesy vehicle fleet.
- A valid Driver’s license.
