**Responsibilities**
- **Technical Ownership**: Technical oversight of programs from kickoff to delivery, taking personal ownership of their success. Get things done.
- **Project Process**: Define technical requirements and lead your team through design, analysis, reviews, and tests.
- **Resource Management**: Understand your team's expertise and communicate staffing needs with Engineering management.
- **Client Relations**: Interface with external and internal clients on technical topics.
- **Quality Assurance**: Deliver good product.
- **Risk Management**: Anticipate, identify, mitigate, and manage risks and roadblocks.
- **Communication**: Engage with technical teams, clients, management, and other departments to ensure project alignment.
- **Planning**: Support the program manager in project planning including work breakdown, budgeting, and scheduling.
- **Leadership and Mentorship**: Provide direction and support to your technical team, ensuring their success.
**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Technology, or IT.
- Extensive technical capability and experience that provides you with confidence to make multi-dimensional technical decisions.
- Experience interacting with SMEs, developers, and engineers from a variety of backgrounds.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, project engineering, or technical management.
- Leadership experience and training is considered an asset.
