**Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Scheduling**: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Team Leadership**: Leading and motivating a team of engineers and other professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensuring that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- **Technical Oversight**:**Providing technical guidance and support to the project team, ensuring engineering solutions are feasible and effective.
- **Performance Monitoring**:**Tracking project progress, performance, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Ensuring that all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:**Communicating with stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members, to provide updates and address any issues.
- **Risk Management**: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on the project.
- **Budget Management**: Preparing and managing project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and financial objectives are met.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Engineering, Engineering Technology and/or related career experience.
- Minimum three (3) years project management experience.
- Proven experience managing engineering projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Experience managing large and complex projects in a similar industry.
- Professional Engineering designation, an asset.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Valid Canadian passport required.
