**About Us**:
We are a warm and welcoming family practice and vaccination clinic dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages. We have provided comprehensive healthcare service for Maple and the surrounding communities for over 28 years. We offer a team-oriented environment with a strong focus on patient care and preventive medicine.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Be the Heart of Our Practice**: Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner, both in person and over the phone, creating a positive first impression.
- **Patient Care Champion**: Assist patients with registration and paperwork, answer questions about appointments, procedures, and vaccinations, and address any concerns with patience, empathy and clear communication.
- **Appointment Maestro**: Schedule appointments efficiently using our practice management software, considering patient needs, doctor availability, and vaccination slots. Manage the appointment book to minimize wait times and ensure smooth clinic operations. Familiarty working with Electronic health records, specifically Accuro QHR, is a plus
- **Financial Wizard**: Familiarity working with a POS system. Collect co-payments and patient information for billing purposes, especially with insurance-covered and private services.
- **Record Keeper**: Update patient demographics and insurance information in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- **Team Player**: Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient clinic workflow.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in using computers and our practice management software. Accuro QHR. Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- **Vaccination Assistant**: Assist with the intake process for vaccinations, ensuring patients have the necessary paperwork and understand vaccination protocols.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
