**Job Posting: Dental Receptionist - Crystalline Dental**

**Overview**
Crystalline Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice specializing in **implant, cosmetic, and family dentistry**. We are currently seeking a **friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Receptionist** to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring a smooth front desk operation and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

**Schedule**:

- **Days**: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- **Opportunity**: Potential for full-time hours in the future

**Key Responsibilities**
- Warmly greet patients and manage all check-in and check-out procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments using **Dentrix** or similar dental software
- Confirm appointments, handle incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
- Process payments, assist with insurance verifications, and submit claims as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation updates
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support treatment coordination and case planning
- Assist with treatment planning for **implants, cosmetic procedures, and general family dental care**:

- Communicate clearly using dental terminology with patients and team members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply management

**Qualifications**
- **Experience in dental reception** or medical front desk role preferred
- Proficiency with **Dentrix** or other dental practice management software is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, particularly related to **implant and cosmetic dentistry**:

- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to coordinate treatment plans and assist in financial discussions with patients
- Comfortable using phone systems and office equipment
