The work shifts are usually from 9 p.m. to 3 a.m. We are strictly looking for employees to work the _**night shifts only**_.

The required shifts are a mix of weekend and weekday shifts (_**approximately 15-30 hours per week**_, or more if requested). _Employees will be working on rotation so that the schedules can be as flexible as possible._

**You will be working at the front of the store, and you will be representing the face of the company during your shifts. This means two things**:

- **Presentability along with sales skills is a must. If you have no retail experience, that's okay. We are looking for someone eager and willing to learn; if you show us good initiative, we will invest our time in your learning**:

- **Proficiency in French & English is of the essence and it will be tested during the phone or in-person interview.**

Official SALES CLERK Job Description:

- **Meticulously** **fulfill incoming customer orders originating from the delivery platforms (i.e. Uber Eats, DoorDash & Skip The Dishes), and ensure that all orders are accurate in order to provide full customer satisfaction and maintain the business’s reputation on the delivery platforms. These customer orders will be fulfilled from Snaxies’s store located at 5026 avenue du Parc, Montreal, QC H2V 4E8.**

**Fulfillment SPEED and ACCURACY are of the essence. Please be aware that this is a FAST-PACED JOB.**
- **Serve customers who enter the store by assisting them with their purchase, informing them on the price of products and discount buys, and upselling them. Accurately process in-store transactions and provide customers with excellent customer service and in-store experience.**
- **Carefully keep track of the store’s inventory by ensuring that every transaction is properly logged and assigned to the correct delivery partner in order to maintain order traceability and accurate inventory levels for product replenishment.**
- **Ensure that in-stock and out-of-stock products are properly updated on all delivery platforms in order to increase customer fulfillment and to avoid order errors. In case a customer places an order for one or more out-of-stock items, the employee must contact the customer through the delivery platform or by telephone to rectify the order.**
- **Ensure that all in-store products are properly faced to increase in-store sales and to improve the in-store customer experience.**
- **Maintain the cleanliness of the store during every shift. This includes sweeping and mopping before closing the store.**

**- Show proof of initiative and proactivity.**
