Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. Duties: - Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns - Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Process payments and handle cash transactions - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience - Conduct product demonstrations for guests, showcasing hotel features - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Qualifications: - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus - Strong upselling abilities to promote additional services or upgrades - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and reconciling accounts - Proficient in English language for effective communication with guests - Organizational skills to manage reservations and maintain accurate records - Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to conduct product demos to showcase hotel amenities - Cash handling experience is preferred but not required Note: All positions must be paid including internship positions.

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
