**What You'll Do**:

- ** Build and maintain relationships** with new and existing clients
- Provide a **VIP service experience** from drop off to pickup
- Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
- Achieve and exceed monthly service and CSI targets

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in automotive service capacity (premium luxury is an asset)
- Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
