The Supply Chain Lead role is responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle for all Wesgar projects to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction. This includes liaising and negotiating with manufacturers, retailers, and subcontractors to deliver Wesgar products and services in a timely and cost-effective manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle using our ERP system and other tools
- Develop and implement MRP system improvements
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, subcontractors
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints from internal and external customers - Supervise, coach and train supply chain team
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics, Supplier KPI and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements - Work with other department managers (PMO, Production, QA, Finance, etc.) to meet company’s requirements
- Manage production demands from our subcontractors and internally to meet our customer commitments
- Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements

Qualifications/Education/Experience:

- BS/BA in Bus Admin or major in related curriculum; plus 5 years of experience as a supply chain manager and 5 years of experience as buyer/planner
- Experience in a Procurement department in the manufacturing environment
- Experience in MRP environment
- CPM, APICS or ISM certifications a plus
- Ability to read engineering blueprints or any relevant technical documents
- Ability to interface with company and supplier senior management
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and travel domestically to visit Suppliers
