We are hiring for a major events this summer:
The **RBC Canadian Open** is a golf tournament that takes place from June 2 - June 8, 2025.

**Job Location**:TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley, 19131 Main St, Alton, ON L7K 1R1

**Description**: Admin assistants will sign staff in/out and track their hours for payroll purposes. They will ensure that all employees have the information they need to be successful. Admin assistants will ensure that staff arriving on site follow proper procedures such as, ensuring they are in proper uniform, have wristbands, know the location of their station, etc.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Will sign-in staff members as they arrive
- Will distribute, count, and re-organize radios. All radios will be numbered and assigned to a specific staff member.
- Will distribute wristbands, parking passes and uniforms
- Keep tracking of, organize and count all equipment such as radios, keys, first-aid kits etc.
- Give directions to staff and volunteers to their working locations
- Will be responsible for inputting staff hours into a spreadsheet each day and double check their work to make sure it is accurate
- Practice teamwork and help out co-workers.
- You will help managers as needed with ensuring they have the correct signage, schedules, employee names, etc.
- You will assist or perform closing duties such as, signing in radios, signing out staff, closing admin tent and locking trailer door.

**Requirements**:

- Administrative and/or event experience an asset
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi‐task between a variety of tasks and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (telephone, written and face to face)

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: $18.00 per hour
