Bilingual Sales Representative

Vaughan, Canada Shining Metal Trading Inc. Full time

Shining Metal is one of the well-established leaders in their specialty of the building materials industry. We are based in BC and had opened our Toronto office and warehouse in Vaughan. We are looking for Bilingual Sales Representatives who can speak both English to client companies and Mandarin to head office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to local or head office
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Tracking within a computer system or CRM/ make daily or weekly reports

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience working in customer service, inside sales, outside sales, or business development role
- Previous role in leadership or ability to organize-coordinate/ prioritize is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills
- May eventually need to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a strong asset to be able to communicate with head office
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong drive/ keen to learn
- Ability to cultivate and maintain a relationship with prospects and clients
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle

Monday to Friday, office hours with some flexibility to work at the office and from home. Occasional before or after hours if necessary to connect with clients according to clients' hours.

Initial training pay is $4000-5000/ month. After probation, basic draw and commission. For the average sales representative, their income is $100,000/ year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00-$6,000.00 per month
