**Role Description**:
The Operations Technician plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our inventory and operations. This position involves a variety of tasks such as preparing test equipment for shipment, supporting the calibration and sales teams, and ensuring products meet Stratatek's high standards of quality and accuracy. The Operations Technician will also assist with marketing duties as well as picking up and delivering items to customers.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing equipment and materials as needed.
- Verify and maintain equipment for proper function, including cleaning and preparing products for customer orders.
- Manage shipping and receiving, ensuring equipment is prepared for dispatch according to customer orders and specifications. This would include proper size selection and packing of shipping boxes.
- Support calibration team by ensuring the proper functioning of equipment and assisting in any repairs or upgrades.
- Update price lists, marketing materials, and website content as required.
- Handle miscellaneous duties such as assembling orders, packing, and customer service inquiries.
- Drive to customer for item pickup and drop-off as required.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant College Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or technical operations environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with calibration processes or experience in the test and measurement industry.
- Experience in Rental Equipment industry is an asset.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
