What You'll Do:

- Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances, including:

- Washers (top-load, front-load, stackable)
- Dryers (gas, electric, ventless)
- Refrigerators (standard, built-in, ice makers)
- Dishwashers
- Ovens & Ranges (electric, gas, cooktops)
- Microwaves
- And other common household appliances
- Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used.
- Manage your daily schedule efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and customers.
- Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

What You'll Need:

- 2+ years of experience in appliance repair (preferred). We will consider highly motivated apprentices with relevant training.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to use mobile technology for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
- Ability to lift and move appliances safely.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- EPA certification (an asset).
