**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary to help clients move safely and comfortably.
- Support individuals with disabilities by implementing care plans tailored to their specific needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health or behavior to appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment for all clients by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or support roles, particularly within nursing homes or hospice care settings.
- Familiarity with dementia care practices and techniques to support individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while assisting clients with mobility challenges.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and best practices for client safety.
- Experience working with persons with disabilities, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
- A background in senior care is highly desirable, showcasing a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for elderly individuals.
