**Full Job Description**

As a valued member of our team, you will assist with:

- Accounts payable / accounts receivable procedures using QuickBooks
- Monthly Accounts Receivable statements and collection
- Ensuring Payables paid in timely matter
- Posting journal entries
- Reconciling accounts
- Entering and updating customer account details
- Assisting sales team when needed

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong computer skills, including above average data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills and detail orientation
- Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with QuickBooks is an asset
- Post Secondary education in accounting or equivalent experience
