_Reporting to the Manager of Eligibility Management, the Eligibility Administrator is responsible for updating eligibility via the processing of various methods as provided by the Client; printing pay-direct identification cards; processing the Health Spending Accounts as well as processing the Third Party Administration (TPA and TPB) accounts which include the Risk Benefit set-up and Billing of these accounts. Offers exceptional Customer and/or Quality Service in verbal and written inquiries in all aspects of the job. Communicates well to effectively share knowledge, identify areas of concerns and deliver possible solution to problems_.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Pay-direct Identification Card Production and Packaging
- Daily Mail /Manual Updates
- Web Updates
- File Transfers
- Oversee Health Spending Accounts/deposits for existing clients
- Dedicated service including Third Party Administration/Third Party Billing
- Performs a SIN/Certificate cross references according to strict deadlines
- Project Participation and Testing
- Customer and Quality Service
- Training and Support

**Knowledge, skills, and experience**:

- Experience in an office environment with a good level of comfort in a PC environment
- Two years related experience with prior experience in ClaimSecure
- Previous administrative experience working in the Health Care profession (e.g. TPA or Broker) would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage heavy workloads and consistently set priorities to meet and surpass service standards
- Problem Solving abilities however, serious issues are brought to the attention of the Team Lead or Manager
- Knowledge of Mike’s tool and able to competently manipulate data files
- Initiative and self-motivated and supportive of Quality Assurance Program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, working independently bringing serious issues to the Team Lead or Manager

Pay: $35,490.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
