**Client Relationship Management**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned digital clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long‑term relationships built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication.
- Conduct regular client check‑ins, status updates, and quarterly business reviews.

**Campaign Planning & Execution**
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, media, analytics, development) to ensure timely delivery of assets and launch schedules.
- Oversee campaign setup, QA, and optimization across channels.
- Responsible for obtaining all access and credentials required for campaign execution.

**Website Development Tasks**
- Work with our Website Manager to ensure websites are developed and optimized according to campaign requirements.
- Coordinate timelines, review deliverables, and facilitate troubleshooting of dev‑related issues.

**Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track campaign KPIs (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI) using analytics platforms and custom reporting tools.
- Analyze performance data to identify insights, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upsell.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable performance reports and data‑driven recommendations.

**Monthly Reporting & Meetings**
- Compile and send a comprehensive monthly performance report to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Attend a monthly strategy meeting with clients and internal stakeholders to review results, discuss optimizations, and align on upcoming priorities.

**Budget & Timeline Management**
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, pacing, and forecasts to ensure spend alignment with client objectives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverable milestones, and coordinate resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.

**Strategic Advisory & Upselling**
- Advise clients on emerging digital trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Identify and propose new services or expanded scope (e.g., additional channels, advanced targeting, creative refreshes) that align with client objectives and drive incremental revenue.

**Cross‑Functional Coordination**
- Liaise between the client and internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information, approvals, and feedback.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, kick‑offs, and debriefs to align on strategy, creative concepts, and performance goals.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies.
- Review ad copy, landing pages, and tracking implementations for accuracy and consistency.

**Industry & Competitive Research**
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and platform innovations.
- Conduct regular competitive analyses to inform client strategy and positioning.

**Internal Reporting**
- Provide basic daily updates on client communications and account management activities.
- Maintain internal logs of action items, follow‑up tasks, and competitive insights.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years in digital marketing agency account management
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Data Studio (or similar), and marketing automation platforms
- Exceptional client communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adept at juggling multiple accounts and priorities
- Experience coordinating website development tasks with cross‑functional teams

**Compensation**:
