The Office of the Assembly is mandated to provide non-partisan support to the Members of Provincial Parliament (MPPs).

The Legislative Assembly of Ontario seeks an Administrative Coordinator who, as part of our Purchasing and Operations Branch, in Toronto, ON, will deliver high-quality administrative services to the branch.

**What You’ll Do**:
**You’ll act with integrity to**:

- Assist and coordinate the purchasing and operations team processes and procedures
- Provide assistance to the Purchasing & Operations Management team by supporting the organizational technology systems and processes such as the ERP (AIMS) system
- Maintain all Continuity of Operations Plan documents and departmental records management

**You’ll support our community as you**:

- Provide assistance and recommendations on branch initiatives in the areas of business intelligence to inform processes and policy reviews, planning, budget tracking, business analysis and vendor management
- Coordinate and monitor monthly expenditures, including furniture, equipment and food services
- Administer internal and external web pages, develop and maintain internal and external webpages and associated IT projects, ensuring the data on the site is current and accurate
- Assist in the preparations of Rx documents
- Provide primary support to clients and assisting them in completing online purchases
- Oversee the maintenance of the central filing system of incoming/outgoing correspondence and document filing
- Maintain various information records for the branch

**How You Qualify**:
**You demonstrate excellence through your**:

- Completion of a post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent experience in administrative and technical support
- Understanding of administrative office procedures and responsibility assignments
- Knowledge and experience in the ERP Navision system (AIMS) in the area of set up, purchasing, signing authority workflows, data input and output
