Overview:
Are you creative, plugged into the latest social media trends, and passionate about fitness and wellness? Props Athletics is looking for a Social Media Manager & Influencer Outreach Coordinator to join our team. We’re a growing brand focused on innovative workout gear, and we need someone who understands how to reach and engage our audience where they spend their time—especially on Instagram and TikTok.

In this role, you’ll develop and execute social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and increase traffic to our site. You’ll create visually appealing content, build relationships with influencers, and ensure Props Athletics stands out in the fitness and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals, especially on TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
- Content Creation: Design engaging, on-trend content for Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok, and other social media channels.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and engage with influencers in the fitness, wellness, and lifestyle spaces. Manage partnerships to maximize brand exposure.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and monitor channels for engagement opportunities.
- Ad Campaigns: Assist in managing social media ad campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze metrics to track the success of campaigns and content, preparing monthly reports on social media performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Later, Planoly), and graphic design skills are a plus.
- Ability to balance creativity with analytics; able to adjust strategies based on performance.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with attention to brand tone and detail.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passionate about fitness, wellness, and fashion, with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.
