**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
- Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns
- Conduct regular analysis of social media performance using key metrics and analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve results
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and the automotive industry
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
- Build repeatable, scalable processes for prospecting and recruiting influencers; using creative techniques driven by previous experience
- Build targeting strategy and lists, recruit new partners, affiliates, and influencers across primarily Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand our reach and amplify our brand message
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all channels
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts for B2C brands, preferably in the automotive or related industries
- Minimum 3 years in influencer marketing, demonstrating the ability to identify and engage influencers of various sizes, and proven success in activating influencer partnerships to improve revenue
- Familiarity with platforms like Upfluence, GoAffPro and Shopify Plus is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple detail-oriented assignments while keeping sight of overarching objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms such as Later, Meta Insights, TikTok Business Suite and YouTube Insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, is a plus
- Passion for cars and automotive culture is highly desirable
