- We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team This role will require a combination of skills including business analysis and most importantly - a consultative approach to working with clients. You will need to have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to listen, allowing you to efficiently decipher client needs.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Translates customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear and concise manner
- Analyze existing systems to understand both the business domain environment that the systems support and the technical environment in which they operate
- Participate in the development of test strategies/plans and where required, execute functional tests
- Perform impact analysis on the changes to existing systems and processes
- Develop technical writing materials, including user guides, process guides, operations manuals, business analysis work products (BRD, matrix, etc.) data dictionary, testing reports, training documentation
- Participate in business process reengineering (innovation or improvement) as required/requested to meet defined business objectives (increased quality, reduced cycle times, reduced cost)
- Assist to develop project cost and benefit estimates to establish project
- Identify general data sources and document data flows, including the development of mapping rules to standardize data across systems
- Support projects through different project stages, including development, quality assurance, user acceptance testing and production implementation
- Work on both business and technology projects
- Perform package (software) selection process
- Create and execute the Request for Proposal process for IT solutions
- Capable of using Project Management methods to oversee smaller projects
- Support other Resolute team members with knowledge sharing, brainstorming, coaching, collaboration, etc., as required


**What you bring to the table**:

- Post-Secondary Degree, Certifications or equivalent work experience as a Business Analyst focused on Information Technology
- 7+ years of experience with a combination of business analysis focused work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Initiative and a passion to deliver results that make a difference
- Experience with Microsoft O365 suite and providing solutions to business challenges
- Proven ability to perform in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Products, including MS Project and Excel
