**Sales Support and Outbound Sales - NAIDA COMMUNICATIONS**

Naida Communications is a full-service sales and marketing firm dedicated to providing integrated solutions tailored to our clients’ business needs. We employ a team-based approach to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that address specific pain points and drive value for our clients.

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our outbound sales team in a sales support role. In this position, you will play a key role in driving our sales initiatives and ensuring excellent customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop lead lists from various sources through systematic research and collection of potential prospects.
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure prompt and accurate customer service.
- Maintain precise records of all sales and prospecting activities, including calls, appointments, closed sales, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to implement new strategies and achieve sales goals.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and customer service teams.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Attend weekly Naida team meetings.
- Assist the President in sales support functions, including maintaining CRM records.
- Utilize LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and nurturing prospects.
- Support sales staff in proposal preparation, client communications, and meeting coordination.
- Assist the sales and marketing team in responding to inquiries and designing sales presentations.
- Help set up Naida’s booth at conferences and trade shows.
- Promote Naida Communications’ values and ideals through your actions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of products, services, and procedures, including required marketing training.
- Willingly take on various special projects on behalf of the President.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or professional support role in a fast-paced environment, or postsecondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dynamic sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, focused on achieving results and delivering client value.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing time and multitasking in a fast-paced setting with conflicting priorities and timelines.
- Friendly, outgoing team player with market research and marketing skills considered an asset.
- Persistence and resilience in achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite; knowledge of Mac environments is advantageous.

This full-time position offers flexibility with remote work hours primarily from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional needs to accommodate

business requirements outside of standard hours. Additionally, there will be opportunities for in-person meetings and events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $37,894.82-$51,467.86 per year
