**About the role**

We're looking for an **Event Marketing Specialist** to create exceptional event experiences that strengthen our brand, develop relationships with customers and prospects, and drive business growth. You'll lead the execution of marquee events, customer engagement programs, and virtual initiatives, positioning ZestyAI as a thought leader in the insurance industry.

This remote role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative yet fast-paced environment. Travel will be required for select events.

**What you will do**

**High-Impact Events**:

- Plan and execute national and regional events, including tradeshows, roadshows, and customer dinners, that align with business objectives, focusing on brand visibility, audience engagement, and pipeline growth.
- Coordinate speaking engagements, including scheduling, refining presentation materials, and ensuring presenters effectively represent ZestyAI
- Oversee all logistics, such as booth setup, sponsorships, AV coordination, and on-site operations, while representing ZestyAI at select events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Marketing, to ensure events drive measurable outcomes.

**Customer Engagement Programs**:

- Develop and manage unique programs like roundtables, fireside chats, and personalized experiences (e.g. cooking class with an executive chef, a personalized masterclass with an industry export) that deepen customer relationships and enhance ZestyAI's brand.
- Manage ZestyAI's merchandise program, including giveaways, holiday gifts, and incentives.

**Campaign Management**:

- Define success metrics for all events and analyze performance data (e.g., engagement, lead quality, ROI). Use insights to iterate and improve future initiatives.

**Virtual Events and General Marketing Support**:

- Support the planning and execution of webinars and virtual events, managing logistics and promotional campaigns to engage key audiences.
- Support broader marketing activities as needed, contributing to the team's overall success.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology sectors. Proven success managing end-to-end event logistics and achieving measurable outcomes. Demonstrated creative ability to elevate brand presence through strategic event execution.
- **A unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking**:The ability to develop innovative event concepts while leveraging data to measure and optimize performance. A strong understanding of brand strategy and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- **Project Management**: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- **Budget Management**:Experience creating and managing event budgets, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- **Cross-functional collaboration experience**:Proven ability to align with Sales teams to drive demand, accelerate pipelines, and generate leads.
